men had this Roll of Service written out by Graily Hewitt
and his assistants H. Hinkley and I.D. Henstock in the
year of our Lord 1925, at Treyford, Sussex.

Small brass plaque on screen in church.

This screen was enriched with a light tracery by
Francis and Mary Bacon as a thank offering
for the safe return of their son
Alban Francis Langley Bacon, after 4 years
and 4 months service overseas in the War 1914-1919
