Quo Fata Vocant Erected by his Wife and Children in undying memory of Claude Burrard Lewes Dashwood, Major, Northumberland Fusiliers died of wounds recieved in action at Bailleul, France, April 26th 1916. 2nd son of the Rev. Robert Lewes Dashwood and Edith Theresa, his wife, of The Mount, Yarmouth, Isle of Wight. Being dead he lives - being silent he speaks.
