RYDE - ST THOMAS' CHURCH

St Thomas' church is now redundant since around the late 1960's and has been taken over by the Isle of Wight Preservation Trust.
The only memorial is a marble plaque on the wall inside the church.

In loving memory of Arthur Charles Langdon, 2nd Lieut. 7th Batt. Hampshire Regiment, wounded in action at Waffelstraat, and died at Moorseele, Belgium, October 27th 1918, aged 30 years.
