The Southampton County Borough Police Roll of Honour (1939 - 1945) Unveiled and dedicated at the city law courts on the 2nd December 1949 by the Worshipful Mayor of Southampton Alderman F.W. Blanchard esq. M.B.E. J.P. in the presence of the Chief Constable C.G. Box esq. O.B.E. After refurbishment the roll was rw-dedicated and unveiled by the former Chief Constable of Southampton Alfred T. Cullen esq. M.B.E. Q.P.M. in the prwsence of of the Chief Constable of hampshire J.C. Hoddinott esq. Q.P.M. M.A. on the 2nd June 1990
