OTHER INFORMATION: Age 26. Attested 26th July 1911. Trasnsfered to Royal Engineers 28th May 1917. Son of Robert and Alice Amelia Brymer (nee Jones) of Portsmouth (CWGC). On soldiers papers son of Alice Brymer of 149 Lower Derby Road, Stamshaw, Portsmouth, later in papers down as no father or mother (Father died 1904 & mother 1911). In 1911 (mother a widow), family living at 33 Regents Street, Mile End, Landport, Portsmouth. Born: Portsmouth. Enlisted: Gosport, Hants.
