Charles Frederick Baines, M.A., D.S.O., Assistant Chaplain General, of Belmont, Dawlish, Devon. On MIC mother - Mrs Mary Helen Baines living at Eccleston Cottage nr Chester (1917). Later fathers address is The Rectory, Castle Douglas, Scotland.
