To the Glory of God and in memory of Piddlehinton men who gave their lives in the Great War 1914 - 1918. For King and Country.

Framed hand written scroll on wall in St Mary's Church.
The scroll is in poor condition. Black ink has been written over the original red Ink
Overall it is very difficult to read and some below may be wrong
The regiments of most have faded beyond reading and some names are illegible.
(In 6.8.2008 the scroll had been replaced by a typed one, however the below
is a transcription of the original one and has some info not on the new typed one)
