BRADPOLE

Marble tablet on supporting wall outside Holy Trinity Church by road.
(There appears to be approx 30 names not on the memorial inside and there are 14 names not on this outside memorial)

For God, King & Country.
As an expression of their gratitude the inhabitants of Bradpole erected this tablet to record the names of their fellow parishioners who served in the Great War 4th August 1914 - 29th June 1919.

Brass plaque mounted on wood on wall in Holy Trinity Church, under a plaque to their father.

In loving memory of Frank Arthur Squire Hart 2nd Lieutenant 6th Somerset Light Infantry killed in action at Guedecourt on September 16th 1916 in his 23rd year, and of Harold John Hart Captain East African Railways who died at Mombasa, May 1st 1917 in his 31st year. The two youngest sons of the above.
